Being a Certified Crystal Healing Guide is one of my greatest
joys. I have always been fascinated with stones and working as a jeweler has kept them front and center in my life. Since I have studied them professionally and understand the science behind these natural beauties, I can't get enough!

I have created classes you can take with me live and recorded about their medicine. From using them for healing and daily meditation to finding the best ways to cleanse, clear and charge them, the topics are potent, powerful and never ending!

Trained as a Usui Reiki Practitioner, my 20-years of experience
have enhance my channeling abilities. When we do energy healing and coaching, we will tap into your tribe to support your journey.

Movement is one of the most essential parts of my
daily life and the most joyfull way to play with clients.
Through my online zoom Chakra Shaking 20 Minute Dance Breaks to in -person Transformational Healing Workshops, I am driven to share how moving your body will help you align your chakras, release stress and get you back into the present moment effortlessly. It teaches you to embody your emotions and embrace all of you.

Suffering from panic in my late twenties, I found true freedom in
letting go through movement. I created Chakra Shaking after
feeling limited in my movement trainings and wanted to find a
way to create my own unqiue healing method. Combing my Nia Technique training with my Reiki mastery and intuitive abilities into a playful practice for every body.

My journey as a jeweler started as a vision.
I have always considered myself an artist. I went to art school, sang
in bands and worked in most materials out there. But my jewelry journey started with a visualization I had years before I ever made a single piece of jewelry.
​
That vision sparked a successful wholesale jewelry business for over 15 years. When I was guided to dedicate myself to my healing mission, I let go of my brand and moved all of my creative forces into designing one of a kind Talismans for my healing clients.
You see, even through the years of selling to galleries or directly to
clients at shows, people were always drawn to the energy of
my work. How it made them feel wearing it.
