Pink Slip Workshop

Fire the stories that need to Go!

Saturday October 15th 3-7pm

Merry Barn Writer's Retreat

417 River Road, Edgecomb, ME

Have you ever considered that some of your "inner voices”

were completely sabotaging you?

Unconscious thoughts contrary to our true selves settle into our minds and bodies throughout our lives. These beliefs shape our perceptions, behaviors, and experiences. This creates the operating system that keeps us in a state of inner conflict and depletes us from the inside out. Once we name these limiting beliefs and begin to release their hold, we reclaim our inner spirit as well as the joy, passion, and purpose of our lives.

Are you ready to let go of the voices that no longer serve you?

What Does The Workshop Look Like?

In the Pink Slip Workshop, we will unearth the core beliefs you are ready to surrender. Through writing out proper “pink slip” notices, letting these voices know they are no longer welcome, we will begin the process to FIRE them permanently. We will authentically move with music, inspiring us to release to flow.

Through reiki energy healing and crystal therapy, Maggie will help you shift by clearing your energy She will work with each participant through a healing meditation to clear your chakras and will place a Rose Quartz heart stone on your person, a gift and talisman for this incredible transformative event.

We will break bread together in a sisterhood potluck to celebrate our new found freedom. The night will be sealed with a bonfire ceremony where we will burn the pink slips, breaking the bond and allowing us to move freely in the world once more!

What you will need to join?

A journal

yoga mat

BIG bottle of water

a dish to share for the potluck

something cosy to wear by the fire

an open MIND and HEART
