How does Reiki Healing work?

It is your divine right to be well. Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that originates from Japan. It helps balance a person's energy, remove energy blockages, and release negative energy.

Healing happens when you remove all barriers and blockages between you and your whole body's health. When your body is in a place of deep relaxation, your parasympathetic system kicks in and starts to do the important healing it knows how to do when stress is eliminated.

This technique of eliminating stress through Reiki, crystals, or a combination of both is the touchstone of my services. We are here to self-heal, and I want you to become empowered with ways to return to a place of peace to allow your body to remember its wellness inside and out!

What is Long Distance Reiki?

Using ancient Reiki symbols that can cross any distance in time or space. I can clear blockages from someone's past and perform Reiki on someone who is not physically present.

Long Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle called the hermetic law of similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole.

I have been a Reiki Healer for 20 years. I have helped clients heal faster, release deep-set patterns that have held them back in life, connect to spirit to deliver a special message and remind them of their ability to self-heal.

Personally I find this pretty cool! Some clients can sense tingling or start feeling emotions move through their bodies. Others might feel calm or fall asleep during our treatment time together. Each treatment is unique.

Trained as a Usui Reiki Practitioner, my 20+ years of experience have enhanced the channeling abilities I have been gifted with since childhood. I have encountered every kind of guide, from loving family members with messages from the beyond to mystical creatures that have been a client's secret companion for ages. Beloved pets, Archangels, and ancient masters have all made their presence known. I believe that when you leave the desire to control who and what is waiting for you, the magic of spirit can share its divine guidance effortlessly.
